Very satisfied, real results! After years of struggling with sleep apnea due to frequent time zone changes, I resorted to melatonin. However, a month after starting Ginkgo Biloba, I could fall asleep naturally. My mother also experienced clearer thinking and calmness after just a week of taking it.
